Our Complete Birthday Party Package is perfect for all ages 13 and up, offering everything you need for a vibrant and unforgettable celebration—just provide the location, food, and drinks. This is a color specific package. Choose any single-color scheme and we will customize the package to fit your color choice. This DIY package comes with simple, detailed instructions for setup and teardown, and we’ll deliver everything straight to your door and pick up the rentals when the party has ended! If you'd rather sit back and relax, we offer full setup and teardown services for an additional fee. What's Included: 1. RENTAL: 22" wide happy birthday neon sign for photo backdrop 2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply if the event is not rescheduled. - No Refund for Late Cancellations: If the party is canceled less than 2 weeks before the event, no refund will be given. Exceptions may be made at the owner’s discretion depending on the items purchased and the specific circumstances. - Rescheduling or Location Changes: If you need to reschedule or change the event location, notify us immediately. We will try to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
